We always upgrade the firmware on the AV.io 4K from the shipping version 3.2.0 to the latest 4.0.0 before shipping to customers. Lately we’ve had a few cases where the firmware on the AV.io 4K at customer sites are still 3.2.0. It’s possible that some units slipped through our QA process, but the question I want to ask is that is it possible for a AV.io 4K device with firmware upgraded to 4.0.0, to somehow revert to 3.2.0 under some particular scenarios, such as corruption of the 4.0.0 firmware?
The firmware would need to be downgraded manually - it is not possible for the AVio4K to revert by itself to 3.2 if updated to 4.0.0
