Is there an option or maybe extra hardware that can equialize the output audio of the pearl mini?
So that a loud and silence voice are almost at the same level?

Hello,
There are no built-in equalization options on the Pearl unfortunately, though this is something we are looking at for future development potentially.
Our recommendation is to equalize the audio sources before ingestion into the Pearl, using a mixer or USB DAC or similar device. Besides a headphone output for confidence monitoring there’s physical audio output on the Pearl as it’s designed to be the final step in the production chain essentially, i.e. for recording and streaming, not as a step in the chain to send to further downstream devices.
