Are there any ways to stream MPEG-TS as SRT 'Secure reliable transport?

In future development an SRT option would be awesome to feed A/V Signals to AWS or Microsoft Azure. Adaptive bandwidth, AES encryption and low latency are the keys.
Any ideas to solve that?
