Facebook changed their security permissions on April 1st 2019 that unfortunately prevents Webcaster X1 Facebook devices from streaming to Facebook accounts after that date.
After April 1st, RTMPS replaced RTMP streaming to Facebook Live for all integrated streaming devices. RTMPS ensures the security of the video as it is streamed to Facebook and is intended to improve security for Facebook users.
We apologize for any inconvenience this security change that was implemented by Facebook has caused. Webcaster X2 (https://www.epiphan.com/products/webcaster-x2/) is our current social media streaming encoder and can accommodate these Facebook security changes.
