1080 50 fps streaming

Hello,
I am trying to synchronize a signal at 1080 50 fps but my webcaster x2 does not detect it. Is this normal? Does not it detect the signal at 1080 50 fps?

The Webcaster X2 can capture from a 1080 50hz signal, as long as this is progressive (1080p). If this is an interlaced signal (1080i) then it would not be compatible with the Webcaster X2.
