Start, stop, and pause transcription using Epiphan Cloud

You can remotely start and stop a transcription session directly in Epiphan Cloud from several different places, including the Devices Dashboard, the LiveScrypt devices page, and from a specific device's Settings page. You can pause a session from the device's Settings page in Epiphan Cloud. The time a transcription session is paused is not counted as billable time for the session.

To start, stop, and pause transcription using Epiphan Cloud:

1. Login to your Epiphan Cloud account at: https://go.epiphan.cloud
2. Using Epiphan Cloud, select the LiveScrypt devices icon in the side navigation panel. The LiveScrypt devices page opens.



3. In the row for the LiveScrypt device, select Start transcription.
4. Select Stop transcription when you're done.
5. (Alternative method) To start, stop, and pause transcription from the device Settings in Epiphan Cloud:
   1. From the LiveScrypt devices page, select a device name in the list to open the Settings for that device.
   2. Select Start transcription.

   

   3. When you're done, select the red stop icon in the leftmost corner of the header bar. Or select the pause icon and then restart the transcription when you're ready.
