I’m trying to troubleshoot why I’m not having any success sending an SRT stream from a Macbook running ZoomISO to an Epiphan Pearl-2. The weird thing is that I can see on the Pearl that it’s recognizing that a connection is being attempted and it displays the IP address of the MacBook where we’re running ZoomISO, but it’s hung on “Connecting” and no video is getting through. I’ve tried with the Mac as listener, caller, and using Rendezvous with no success. Any ideas? We’re currently using Epiphan Cloud for this purpose, but I want to be more nimble in how we route streams and being able to manage it in ZoomISO would be a better solution for us

Can you please send me screenshots of SRT stream settings in ZoomISO and SRT input settings in the Pearl Admin panel?
You could also consider https://www.epiphan.com/connect/ which extracts Isolated audio and video of Zoom participants in the Cloud.
Thanks for the response. Screenshots below with IPs redacted. Note that the Pearl is seeing the laptop’s IP address, but is hung on “Connecting.” These screenshots are with the Pearl as Listener and the laptop as Caller, but I see the same behavior with those roles reversed as well as when using Rendezvous
One more screenshot. I noticed later that I’m even getting connection stats, even though I don’t have any video.

can you send me the logs from the maintenance page of the Pearl Admin panel and a timestamp to when you were testing?
